My Story
I am a 32 year old Cincinnati native with German and Hungarian roots who grew up on traditional recipes passed down from my immigrant great grandparents. I have been in the Restaurant Industry for the last decade and in lieu of attending culinary school, I apprenticed under well respected Chefs throughout Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. I have worked with a wide breadth of cuisines ranging from American Fine Dining, Japanese, Latin American, down to my German and Hungarian roots. No matter the destination, I will take your palate on a journey focusing heavily on vibrant plating and exploring unique foods with all your senses.
I worked my way up in a male dominated industry through dedication, discipline, and a strong love of food. I specialize in recreating flavors from their roots or traditional styles of cooking. Whether it be cultural or historical, I aspire for my guests to taste their food and it reminds them of “home.” I am skilled in different dietary needs such as gluten free and vegan, but also, clean healthy foods that aid our bodies. Most importantly, I create foods that are never lacking in flavor. I prefer farm to table cooking and being able to highlight local vendors within our Queen City.
